  The technical specifications of release paper are as follows: dry silicon coating amount, normal temperature stripping force, aging stripping force and residual adhesion rate.
  Dry silicon coating amount refers to: release agent coating on the amount of material, the unit is gram per square meter. Generally, the coating amount of solvent-based silicone oil is 0.30-0.80 g / m2, and that of solvent-free silicone oil is 0.80-1.30 g / m2. Special test equipment is needed to test coating quantity.
  The amount of silicone oil coating directly affects the peeling performance. High coating amount can cover the base paper compactly to ensure the uniform distribution of silicone oil. And the lower silicone oil coating, it is easy to leak coating phenomenon, resulting in poor peeling. Some release coating suppliers to reduce the amount of silicone oil coating, resulting in heavy peeling, producing heavy release paper, in use is quite risky. The reliable manufacturer can adjust the peeling force by adjusting the chemical formula without reducing the coating amount of silicone oil. It takes a long time for technology to accumulate, rather than overnight.
  Normal temperature stripping force: peel force data obtained by standard test method at room temperature, unit is n / 25mm, which can be converted into how many grams. Generally, 0.10n/25mm, that is, the stripping force below 10g, is commonly known as light stripping; 0.20n/25mm, that is, the stripping force below 20g, commonly known as medium stripping; 0.35 ~ 0.45n/25mm, namely 35 ~ 45g, commonly known as heavy stripping; 0.60 ~ 0.80n/25mm, that is, 60 ~ 80g, commonly known as heavy stripping; of course, there are also 0.03 ~ 0.04n/25mm, that is, 3 ~ 4G of stripping force, commonly known as light stripping; There is also a stripping force of 1.00n/25mm, which is more than 100g, commonly known as overweight stripping.
  The peel force measured after aging is generally slightly larger than that at room temperature.
  Residual adhesion rate refers to the force of release paper after the first stripping and the second stripping. The calculated data mainly reflect the curing effect of silicone oil. The residual adhesion rate of UV curable silicone oil is generally 100%, and that of heat curing silicone oil is 90%. If a few suppliers claim that their release paper residual adhesion rate is 100%, it is suspicious. If desilication occurs, the residual adhesion rate of the release paper will not be higher than 70%. It is a very complicated project to test the technical index of release paper. General electronic factory, tape factory can only test the latter few data. As for the amount of silicone oil coating, generally will not appear in the technical report of the coating supplier.
