4. Coated paper soft stiffness: on the premise of satisfying the stiffness, the paper has certain elasticity, high longitudinal and horizontal elongation, large bulk thickness and excellent compressibility. When making coated base paper or noodle bowl, it has excellent adhesion, curling and folding.
5. Plasticity of coated paper cup (bowl) processing: during the cup making process, there should be no curling crack, curling edge out of roundness, snapping of cup / bowl joint and collapse of cup / bowl body. In the production of paper machine, the longitudinal and horizontal elongation of paper should be improved. It should be more than 6% horizontally and 3.5% vertically, which can effectively improve the plasticity of coated base paper.
