How to test the release force of fluoride release membrane?

　　1. Fluorine release membrane instrument and test materials: tensile machine, four-dimensional my2g test tape;
　　2. Scope of application: release force test of fluorine release membrane;
　　3. Operation steps:
　　(1) Take 25.4mm wide and 200 mm long four-dimensional my2g tape and paste it on the test surface (release surface) of the film, and use 2kg standard roller to repeatedly roll three times. (Note: roll at the same time to avoid bubbles between the adhesive tape and the release film.)
　　(2) The temperature and humidity of the laboratory were controlled at 25 ± 3 ℃ and 50 ± 10% respectively after the adhesive tape was pasted;
　　(3) Stick the double-sided adhesive tape on the non test surface of the sample and fix it on the standard steel plate for testing.
　　(4) Install the material on the fixture, and use the tensile machine to stretch the test tape at a speed of 300 mm / min at an angle of 180 degrees. The data displayed by the computer of the tensile machine is the release force (g / in) of the test piece. The flat value of five values is taken as the test result.
